Dance On Film is essentially a “mini-film festival” that seeks to expand DWC’s reach by appealing to audiences who may be more likely to attend a movie theatre than a dance concert hall. Selected films typically address important social issues raised through personal stories of popular or historically significant dance artists. A series features several select films highlighting the connection between dance and its impact on local cultures in different parts of the world.
