Dance for World Community Conference is for leaders of dance organizations of all sizes and genres, as well as individual dance artists and other aficionados from around the country who know from firsthand experience about the tremendous power of dance to bring people together.
Beyond the transformative impact that we know it can have on the life of the individual practitioner, dance also has vast, often untapped potential to bring entire communities together with a shared purpose. Dance is universal, can build trust across diverse cultures, strengthen community cohesion, create opportunities to raise awareness about critical issues and inspire the cooperation and collaboration necessary for new solutions.
